How do I wash my hammock nettings?
For the polyester hammocks with wooden bar, you may place the two wooden bars together and dip the polyester netting into a pail of soapy water to hand wash. Keep the wooden bar away from water.
What are the differences between the nettings (Soft and Hard) ?
The soft nettings are wider in width and wraps you up when you lie in it. This is very popular amongst kids and adults up to 76kg.
The hard nettings are narrower but provides more back support, ideal for adults with lower back problems. Also for the heavier user up to 90kg.
What is the exchange policy?
Please retain your DO and transaction number for any returns or exchanges. Do note that all exchanges must be made within 3 days of the date of receiving the item.

During the COVID-19 Circuitbreaker period, standard and express delivery will be handled by URBANFOX and our dedicated Airmocks Team personnel.
How long would delivery take to arrive?
During the COVID-19 Circuit Breaker period, Standard delivery will take 5-9 working days and Express Delivery will take 2-3 working days. For urgent orders, please select premium delivery, which will take just 1-2 working days.
What are the differences between the nettings? (Basic and Deluxe) ?
The basic nettings hold up to 1.76m in height and if you're taller than that, a deluxe would fit you, up to 2m in height.
What are the differences between Single and Dual Function models?
The single function model is a non-convertible frame that can only be used as a hammock.
How do I take care of the hammock frame?
Some slight scratches might appear after using the frame for a period of time. To prevent rust, please lightly grease the affected area with a water-proofing agent such as WD40. As for the moving parts, please hand tighten the nuts and bolts once every quarter.
Are you still delivering during Circuit Breaker period?
Yes, we are. However, we would encourage customers to purchase your Airmock early just in case of any changes in regulations from the government given the severity of the current situation.
